i am inclined to start this thread in response to some comments made in other threads.
i have been coming around these forum for quite some time now so whatever you find in here is not just related to something someone may have said this week.
it can go months back as well.. i have seen many who claim to respect the belief of others but when it comes down to applying it into practice, things take a whole different tune.
Absolutely OpenCrow, that was never my suggestion. But when the brain is a silent immovable rock, trapped in a captive Jehovers Witness mind, it needs compassion and answers. Now I am not saying we should all be full of love and not challenge a posters deeply held believes. All I am saying is some posters, can respond to posters deeply held beliefs, ( particularly when they are very fragile) and be as challenging but with more sympathy and understanding than other posters.

It would be interesting if we had statistics, of those prominent posters like minimus, blondie, Viviane, Cofty & EdenOne. I wonder of those posters which have been most helpful in assisting Simons intended purpose with the forum, which is to my understanding help people through their Watchtower exsperience.
Anyway my vote goes to...

For the first time Viviane doesn't respond to my post.
Viviane in my opinion fighting about emotion v rationality is not why this forum exists. My opinion may be wrong but as I stated in far greater detail in my previous post, I was under the assumption Simon started this forum to help people in or get out of a cult. Any posts that subtract from that origional purpose are devoid of content.

A further comment to my previous post which was:-
" some posters must write from the heart, and they should be at liberty to do do. They cannot do that if t he ideas from the heart are crushed without sensitivity."
My additional comment is, I was of the assumption Simon started this forum to help people out of a " CULT" and i in my case " EdenOnes" posts gave me that help. So in my life "EdenOne" represented what this forum is about, giving people the help, support and determination to live a life outside the Watchtoer. I also think this forum can subtract from its origional purpose when threads become devoid of that intent.

What a privalige it is to communicate on the Internet, when in past generations that was impossible. But even today billions don't share that privalige. So in my opinion communincating on the net, is awesome and I have learnt so much from it. It's a shame if it comes down to the " the survival" of those with the most heartless voice.

the trnity to me means the true nature of god essence,attributes each person of the trinity is equal the father the son and the holly spirit all share the devine nature ie three persons of the godhead are all equal in power ,glory and wisdom john 10:30.jesus and his father god are one meaning of the same nature mathew 28.19 jesus said all to be baptised in the name of the father and of the son and the holly ghost reprissenting 3 persons of the godhead to wellcome the devine trinity into your soul .
Actually Cofty, I wasn't being sarcastic. Sarcasm is to say in the name of Chritianality, people are capable of murdering billions.
But I think your answer " I will do you the honour of assuming you were sarcastic" doesn't understand my earlier post " how long is a piece of string"
If you can't answer " how long is a piece of string" why do you assume that your challenge on the trinity can be answered?

listening to clips of the latest manipulative video from the watchtower i realised how much i detest that word - jehovah.. sometimes i have thought it would be interesting to observe a meeting or part of a convention.
every time i heard that word i would be unable to stay in my seat.. i have a visceral reaction every time i hear it.
it stands for so much that i have contempt for.
I think hate comes from powerful passions. So hating the name " Jehover" when you do not believe he exists is I assume based on the moral authority people have attached to that name?
If that is the case, it is no small matter, but to hate surrealism is still tragic. The bible to me has created some powerful characters, and if you don't believe in their existence "my" opinion is why hate something that doesn't exist?

In my opinion, I think there is a distinction between how some treat being in hyperspace to how they would face to face communication. Hyperspace communication can also be extremely sensitive, and communicating in harmony more difficult.
I would therefore like to take this opportunity to apologise to Oubliette for not adhering to my above words and allowing friction to develop between us. But perhaps more importantly although I doubt you know who Iam , EdenOne, I would like you to know many of your posts had a very positive impact on me.

It's a shame that debates can cause such tragic conflicts, And I think for most posters it's impossible not to become emotionally effected, when a discussion turns in to a battle. Some posters certainly make more enemies than others.
